However the most loved youth show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui brings to you a new season which will kick start on 25th October. Keeping the element of love at its core, the third season, ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui –Sun Yaar Try Maar’ will be based on a concept that has never been seen before. Besides the new season along with its refreshing concept, a source mentions that there will be a new host who would be narrating the show.

Who is this new face representing bindass’ flagship show? Anshit Sharma popularly known as Rapper Maddy will weave every tale through his raps that will be specially created for each episode. To give a little introduction on this charming youngster, he is a versatile personality who is a singer, composer, lyricist, dancer, actor and a popular rapper who has made a million people groove to his beats. He is extremely talented as he can rap in five different languages and has performed with renowned DJ’s across the world like DJ Akhtar, DJ Aqueel, DJ Suketu, Akcent, Juggy D and DJ Quicksilver.

“Yeh Hai Aashiqui has really set the standards high with its storytelling and Sun Yaar Try Maar  will definitely take it a step further. A love story narrated through a specially crafted rap hasn’t really been explored in the world of television before and I am too happy to bring in a fresh take to hosting. Indian Idol fame Tia Kar and Zaan Khan in Yeh Hai Aashiqui 

BBC Media Entertainment has been giving scope to many newcomers in their episodic love tales on Yeh Hai
Aashiqui on Disney Bindass. This time, the renowned production house will bring to the acting limelight, the singing sensation of Indian Idol 5, Tia Kar.

Tia popularly known as ‘Princess’ in her singing circuit, will make her fiction debut in this week’s episodic story. Her love interest will be Zaan Khan, from the Channel V show Jhalli Anjali Ke Tootey Dil Ki Amazing Love Story. 

The story will narrate the tale of a girl who will be a social phobic, essayed by Tia. She would show enormous confidence when in her zone, but once she would face people, she would get very diffident and under-confident. However, she will fall in love with the stud in the college, played by Zaan. But she would believe that she will never win over him, due to their contrasting personalities.

However, the girl’s love tale will take a turn when a certain situation will prompt her to get into a totally different personality. And soon the boy will fall for her new personality. But then, the girl would get into a
dilemma as the boy would have fallen for her newness, and not for what she actually is.

Will their love story have a happy ending?

When contacted, Palki Malhotra, Creative Producer, BBC Entertainment told us, “This story about the girl being an underdog and later developing into a whole new personality will have a gripping storyline. BBC yet again gave an opportunity for a new face, Tia in this case to nurture her acting skills. Tia and Zaan have done commendably well in their roles.”

When contacted, an excited Tia told Tellychakkar.com, “I am very excited about making my acting debut. And I am thankful to the Yeh Hai Aashiqui team for giving me this opportunity. The entire crew, my co-star Zaan and our director were extremely patient with me, and helped me a lot. This character was a challenge to me, as I am very opposite to what my onscreen character is in this story.”

Zaan said: "This is a beautiful story where both the characters have different shades. After Jhalli Anjali, playing a lover boy again has been interesting and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Being back home for New
Year in Bhopal I am waiting to catch the episode with my family. I also hope that all my viewers would enjoy the episode. Wish all of you a great year ahead!”

Abigail Jain excited to be back on Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Actress Abigail Jain will return to TV show "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" after a year's break, and she's excited about playing the role of a pampered girl.

"Yeh Hai Aashiqui", which airs on Bindass, shows unique love stories in every episode. In the forthcoming episode on Sunday (28 December), Abigail will feature as Shikha, a new girl in a college. She takes every day of her life as a challenge.

Happy to be back on the show, Abigail said in a statement: "I have always loved the concept of 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui', as it showcases different and unusual love stories, which is why I’m back on the show."
Talking about her role, she said: "I'm playing a pampered girl who is determined and does not give up easily.
The story plot revolves around how she meets this guy online, how both have different personalities as opposed to their online personality and how they get to know each other."

Actor Teeshay Shah will be seen as Vicky in the episode, and Rithvik Dhanjani will be seen taking the viewers through the love story.

Abigail had previously appeared on "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" in a story about a girl falling in love with a chronically ill man.

Kiran Srinivas and Barkha Singh to feature in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

The Christmas special episode of Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Disney Bindass will narrate the tale of a Casanova boy and a feminist girl. The love tale set up in the backdrop of a basketball court will also see an interesting story woven around the sport.

Produced by BBC Media Entertainment, the episodic was nostalgic for the team to shoot, as it was shot in Cinevistaas Studio, and also at the Dil Dostii Dance basketball court. 

The best part was that the maker brought in a basketball coach to train the leads and other actors on the game. The leads in fact went through a two days training at the court, before they got shooting for the episodic. 

The story will see young lad Kiran Srinivas of 24 and Paanch fame playing the male protagonist along with Barkha Singh, who is 
basically a model and anchor at Channel V. 

The episodic will narrate an impossible love tale between a Casanova and a girl who will simply hate men, and how their love story would stand the test of time. 

When contacted, Palki Malhotra, Creative Producer, BBC told us, “There was a lot of fun and nostalgia as the ex-D3 director Anirudh was directing the episodic. Also we used the D3 basket ball court in our scenes. Kiran and Barkha the leads were super and they went through a basket ball training to get their scenes right. Kiran was a natural, and after the final episode, it reminded me quite a bit about Dill Mill Gayye.”

Barkha told us, “It was indeed fun shooting for the episodic with BBC. After the rigorous two days basketball training we had, we got all our scenes perfectly. The coach himself called the shots for the basket ball sequence. In fact, I even managed to turn back and throw the ball into the net for a sequence, and such was the level of training we had.”

We could not get through to Kiran though.

Nakul Sahdev and Chhavi Pandey in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

BBC Worldwide Productions will narrate a cute love tale between a blind yet smart guitarist and his student at the music academy for Disney Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui. Essaying the blind guitarist will be actor Nakul Sahdev who was last seen in MTV’s Fanaah.

For Nakul, this will be his second story of Yeh Hai Aashiqui with BBC, as he was part of the tennis related story earlier with Kaizeen Daruvalla.

Actress Chhavi Pandey of Ek Boond Ishq fame will play the young girl who would join the music academy to learn music.

Life will at once turn into a bed of roses for Drishti (Chhavi), when she will join the music academy, only to fall in love with her guitar teacher. This relationship between the teacher and student will be unique in all ways as the teacher, essayed by Nakul will be young, smart and brilliant but at the same time will be blind.

We hear that a special 3-day workshop was conducted by BBC Worldwide with a blind guitarist and Nakul, at the BBC office. This was a good learning curve for Nakul to adapt playing a blind guy and understand the character better.

When contacted, Nakul told Tellychakkar.com, “It is a privilege to work with the BBC team again for Yeh Hai Aashiqui. This is a very interesting story, wherein I play the role of a blind guitarist. I was provided a three day workshop with a blind guitarist so that I get to learn all the nuances. In fact, I had earlier played a blind boy for a short play. And now to repeat the feat and play a blind grown-up guy was indeed a challenge.”

We tried getting through to Chhavi, but we could not get in touch with her.

This episodic love tale will air on Bindass this Sunday, 2 November.

Priya Bathija and Karan Jotwani to feature in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Bodhi Tree Productions will now come up with a very unique love story for Disney Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui. The episodic will feature Priya Bathija and Karan Jotwani in central roles.

Priya, seen in Life OK’s Ek Boond Ishq will play the role of a life coach, a person who would counsel students in a college. Karan who is presently seen in Life OK’s Laut Aao Trisha in the role of Vivaan will play one of the students in the college who would fall for the counsellor who is much elder to him.

The story will be a very different love story, is what we hear.

When contacted, Priya told us, “Yes, I will be starting shoot for the episodic from tomorrow. However, I cannot talk about the story.”

Karan on his part told us, “I will be playing a student of a college who would be more or less lost in his own world.”

Mudit Nayyar and Shruti Kanwar to feature in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Bodhi Tree Productions’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Disney Bindass will feature a love tale that happens between a rich and outspoken girl and a poor, shy boy. Mudit Nayyar of Anamika fame and Shruti Kanwar of Pavitra Rishta fame will play the central characters.

Mudit will play the role of Dev, son of a simple flower vendor. Dev will be a well-educated smart guy who would be rather shy. His life will change when he will meet Asmita (Shruti), the rich, outspoken and confident girl. Though he will not be ready to let his heart speak, Asmita will make the moves needed to take the love story ahead. However, their love will find an obstacle in Asmita’s dad who would not like his daughter marrying a guy from the lower middle class. How their love would overcome this test of time would form the crux of the story.

When contacted, Shruti confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I shot for Yeh Hai Aashiqui. I play the rich girl who would fall for a poor boy.”

Mudit too said, “I play the role of a guy who is born to a flower vendor. And how he ends up falling in love with a rich girl will be the basic essence of the story.”

This particular story will air this week.

Shivam Patil, Vallary Lokre and Zuber K Khan in Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui

The popular love story based show Yeh Hai Aashiqui is all set to present a beautiful tale in one of its coming episodes. The plot will revolve around the life of a woman who post marriage will lead a lonely life for her husband will be ever busy in his work life.

To find solace and happiness she will turn towards her long lost passion-dance. She will join a dance class and there she will meet a young boy and get besotted. The development will change the lives of the trio forever. Anxious to know what would happen? For answers, you all have to watch the episode. No spoiler alert here.

Playing the husband would be good looking Zuber K Khan (Kumkum Bhagya) and the role of his wife will be essayed by Dance India Dance fame Vallary Lokre. The young dancer will be played by talented Shivam Patil, who made his big screen debut in Nasha-the movie.

Interestingly with both Shivam and Vallary being professional dancers, viewers will get to see some beautifully woven electrifying dance performances in the episodes.

Sara 'Bidaai' Khan will soon be back on small screen!

Yes, the talented and beautiful actress will be seen in an episodic of Yeh Hai Aashiqui, on Disney Bindass. The episodic will be produced by Bodhi Tree Productions.

Sara will play a simple today's South Indian girl by name Mahalakshmi. She will fall in love with a Punjabi guy, and the story would later focus on the caste issues that the lovers would face.

When contacted, Sara confirmed the news stating, "Yes, today is my first day of shoot for Yeh Hai Aashiqui. I play a South Indian girl, and this is a cute love tale between this girl and a guy from a different caste."

The guy cast opposite Sara Khan is a newbie, is what we hear. We will update you on this the moment we get more details.

Anurag Sharma and Khyati Mangla in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Anurag Sharma who presently essays the role of Maharana Pratap in Balaji Telefilms’ Jodha Akbar on Zee TV will now be seen in an upcoming episodic of the popular youth based show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Disney Bindass.
The story will be that of a very beautiful girl who aspires to fall in love with a handsome hunk but gets into marriage with a very average looking man, and how destiny takes its course and they fall in love. Khyati Mangala who began her career in Hindi TV with Baat Hamari Pakki Hai on Sony TV and went on to be bag the lead role in Sahara One’s Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajana will play the girl opposite Anurag.

When contacted, Anurag told us, “Yes, I will start shooting for this story from tomorrow. The story is of an average boy and a very gorgeous girl who fall in love.”

Anurag has also been cast to play the brother-in-law of the protagonist Raman Bhalla (Karan Patel) in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus, and awaits the start of his track.

Khyati too confirmed this piece of news saying, “The girl has high dreams of marrying a perfect man, who has a great physique. But she ends up marrying an average man, but falls for him as the story goes on. Through this story, viewers will see how love is beyond all the physical attributes; there needs to be a connect spiritually too for relationships to grow.”

Neha Sargam plays 'Alia Bhatt of Highway' for Yeh Hai Aashiqui; Mayank Gandhi, Kunal Thakkur roped in

Imran Khan to make a special appearance in Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui

The heartthrob of one and all, Imran Khan will now shoot for the popular youth-oriented show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Bindass. The actor will be seen promoting his upcoming movie Gori Tere Pyaar Mein in this show on love stories, produced by Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions. Gori Tere Pyaar Mein features Imran Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in pivotal roles. 

Recently, Ayushmann Khurrana was on the show to promote his Punjabi album, and Imran will be the next celebrity to mark a special appearance on the popular series.

We tried contacting Producer Vikas Gupta, but he remained unavailable for comments..

We hear that the casting for this episodic in which Imran will make a friendly visit is yet to be finalized.

The gorgeous Neha Sargam of Chand Chupa Badal Mein fame will soon be seen in Disney Bindass’ popular show on unusual love stories, Yeh Hai Aashiqui. The series is being co produced by Vikas Gupta’s Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions. 

Vikas, who recently shot for a love story on the lines of the famous popular novel of Rabindranath Tagore on Charulata will now present the audience the interesting story based on Imtiaz Ali’s romance-drama upcoming film, Highway. If sources are to be believed Neha will be seen essaying the character that Alia Bhatt plays in the movie. Giving her company in this episodic will be Mayank Gandhi and Kunal Thakkur, Ankit Patidar. 

Mayank who has earlier been part of shows like Bollywood Ka Ticket, Kasamh Se, Doli Saja Ke, Ek Doosre Se Karte Hai Pyaar Hum will play the guy who is madly in love with the girl, and goes to the extent of kidnapping her. Kunal Thakkur of Bandini fame will play the ACP who is the girl’s boy friend. 

We hear that though the story is based on the upcoming movie Highway, it will have its own twists and turns and will be an edge-of-the-seat experience for viewers. 

When contacted, Neha confirmed the news to  saying, “Yes, I am presently shooting for Yeh Hai Aashiqui. The story is based on Highway, and I play the girl who gets kidnapped. It is the story of this girl and the manner in which she deals with situations after getting kidnapped and how she overcomes it.”

Kunal Thakkur told us, “Yes, I am shooting for Yeh Hai Aashiqui. It is an interesting role, that of an ACP. And it is fun to play the cop’s roles and it is the first time that I am taking up such a character.”

Pooja Gor to play Charulata in Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui; Salil Acharya and Sehban Azim roped in

The talented and elegant Pooja Gor will now be seen playing the lonely housewife who falls for a younger man in Vikas Gupta’s series of love stories for Disney Bindass, Yeh Hai Aashiqui. The show which has won a lot of appreciation is produced by Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions. 

The story will be based on the famous Bengali movie Charulata, which again is based upon the novel Nastanirh, by Rabindranath Tagore. While Pooja plays the sulking wife who longs for happiness, Salil Acharya who has done shows like Shararat, Yeh Meri Life Hai, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Kkavyanjali, and many more will play the husband of Charulata. 

Handsome hunk Sehban Azim will essay the role of the young lover who will make Charulata fall in love all over again.
When contacted, Sehban told us, “I have a final meeting to go, and I will be able to talk only after that.”

Jugal Hansraj returns to acting with Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui

The popular child actor, who was first seen in Masoom, grew up to play 'Sameer' in the Yash Chopra biggie, Mohabbatein along with Shah Rukh Khan. The actor, who was last seen in Madhuri Dixit's Aaja Nachle, has kept away from acting ever since.

However, now he will be seen getting back to facing the camera for Bindass’ upcoming love story in Yeh Hai Aashiqui.

Talking about his character in Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Jugal said, “I’m really excited to be a part of the show since I’ll be facing the camera after a while now. I’ve been behind the camera and directing films for some time. So I decided to take it up because it’s a very popular show among the young. The love story I’m doing is really nice and my character, which is of a Badminton coach, is very interesting.”

The episode featuring Jugal will air on 27 October 2013. Yeh Hai Aashiqui is jointly produced by Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions.

After Jugal Hansraj, Kai Po Che fame Rajkumar Yadav to feature in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui, the show that never ceases to surprise its audiences with unconventional love stories and a star-studded cast every week, goes a level higher this time. The latest addition to this list is the critically acclaimed actor Rajkumar Yadav, who will be seen playing the role of a lawyer just like in his upcoming movie Shahid.
The actor will be accompanied by his co-star, Prabhleen, who will be seen in the episode playing a critical role. The episode which will feature a story about a couple which bears similarity to Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, will have Shakti Arora and Anupriya Kapoor in the lead roles.

Talking about his experience on Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Rajkumar said, “It was a fantastic experience. I had a great time with everyone in the team. It’s already reported in the media that Vikas Gupta’s Lost Boy Productions will launch Ashwin Kaul of Splitsvilla fame as the lead in one of the upcoming stories in Disney Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
The story which will be a love story about a maid’s well-educated girl and a rich spoilt brat will also feature Joy Sengupta and Karuna Verma in central roles.

Joy will play the rich, ambitious, slightly arrogant architect who has high hopes on his son. He will want his son to excel in studies and join him to be the best architect in the business. However, the son will have no inclination towards studies, and will be only helped to get better by the maid’s daughter who is a good student. As the tutor-disciple relationship will take a new turn and develop into love, the parents of the boy will oppose their closeness.
When contacted, Joy told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, I have already finished shooting for this episodic of Yeh Hai Aashiqui. I never take up television, and this was interesting as it was an episodic story. I play the well-to-do architect whose dreams come shattering when his son falls for a maid’s daughter. This love story based on cast conflict will test the young lover’s honesty and love for each other.”

When contacted, Karuna Verma remained unavailable. Karuna will play the mother of the lead guy, who is supportive towards her maid’s daughter till the time she will get to know of her son’s love story.

A hearty dose of entertainment with Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai 2, says Gaurav S Bajaj!

Siddhant Cinevision’s light-hearted show Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai-Ajab Sa Risk Hai on Life OK might go on air with its season 2 after the finale of The Bachelorette India. The lead protagonist Sukirti Kandpal aka Simran likely to appear as a ghost in the second season while the male lead Gaurav S Bajaj will reprise his earlier character of Rajveer.

As per the sources the shooting of the major sequences has already started shooting. With a more amusing storyline, the show will present Simran as one who is neither dead nor alive. She would be seen convincing everyone that she is alive but people will treat her as an illusion, something to create confusion in the viewers’ mind whether she is alive or not. Also Rajveer will regret not loving her enough when she was alive.

Talking about the frequent change that has been happening in the current television industry, where shows stay too less on air or keep on changing its theme post the sequel. The talented actor Gaurav said, “I don’t think that would happen in this case as Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai – Ajab Sa Risk Hai season 2 is going to be an entire new show with a new concept. It is just that the name will be the same. Moreover, Siddhant Cinevision will come back at the same time-slot. So, I do not think it should make a difference. I cannot divulge much about the show but all I can say is that this Season 2 will give its viewers a hearty dose of entertainment.”

About the shooting, he said, “I visited my hometown (Indore) over the last weekend to plan things out for my marriage (with Sakshi Shhorwani). Now I have started shooting.”

Priyal Gor bags role in Yeh Hai Aashiqui after replacing Aanchal Munjal!

Parrvarrish and Bade Ache Lagte Hain fame Aanchal Munjal was reported to star in an exciting new episode of Lost Boy Production and BBC's Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Bindaas, along with TV actor Vinay Rohrra. But, latest news said Priyal Gor, who shot to fame with Dekha Ek Khwaab has been signed to narrate the same role after replacing Aanchal. The change has happened as the channel had certain reservations regarding Aanchal's age.

“The story demanded Aanchal to portray the role of an 18 year old girl who's in love. However, the channel (Disney Bindaas) has a strict policy wherein the makers of any of their shows on the channel can't show a minor as an adult,” sources confirmed.

The makers were left with no opting rather changing its lead actress for that particular story. The makers have roped in Priyal Gor and Vinay Rohrra for the episode that will revolve around a cute love story of a young couple Mukti and Ankur to be played both actors respectively.

Talking about the love-story, based on the real-life facts, sources informed that it will hit the rock when their relationship gets complicated. The circumstances will take worse turn and that is something for the audience to wait and watch. The shooting for the show is expected to start from 3 October 2013.

Priyal also confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am doing the show but I can't comment anything on the storyline as I am yet to start shooting for the show.”

Aanchal Munjal and Vinay Rohrra to feature in an episodic of Yeh Hai Aashiqui!

After witnessing beautiful actress Soumya Seth, Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Bindaas channel, being produced by Lost Boy and BBC Production and hosted by Vikrant Messy, the show will soon spot two other talented actors.

The makers have roped in Aanchal Munjal and Vinay Rohrra for an upcoming episode that will revolve around a cute love story of a young couple Mukti and Ankur to be played by both actors respectively. Talking about the love-story, based on the real-life facts, sources informed that it will hit the rock when their relationship gets complicated. The circumstances will take worse turn and that is something for the audience to wait and watch. The shooting for the show is expected to start from 3rd October 2013.

Aanchal last seen playing Pihu in Bade Ache Lagte Hain is also known for her brilliant performance in Sony TV’s family show Parvarish. While on other side, the male actor Vinay Rohrra is best remembered for his gangster stints in Laagi Tujhse Lagan of Colors channel.

When sources got in touch with Aanchal, her mother replied, “Yes, Aanchal is doing the show but I can't comment anything on the show. All I can say at this point of time is that she is playing the lead role.”
