Colors Sasural Simar Ka

Actress Krissan Baretto has made a mark for herself with characters in youth shows like Warrior High and Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan in the past.

More recently seen in Ishqbaaaz, the actress has now bagged another show where she will have an important character to portray.

Krisann will be seen in the long-running Colors show, Sasural Simar Ka where she will be playing Simar's (Keerti Kelkar) daughter, Sanjana.

Playing Sanjana, Krissan will portray a silent and quiet girl by nature because of dwelling in an unceremonious past. With this development, there will be a lot of plot twists and mystery attached to the character too.

Time to welcome a new hero in Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Productions)!!!

The Colors drama will see the dashing actor Khushwant Walia playing the new lead.
Pyaar Ka Dard Hai fame actor Khushwant, will play Aarav Bhardwaj, Pari’s son, who will come home after taking a law degree from a foreign university.

Aarav will be a very positive guy who will charm everyone with his aura and bring about laughter and happiness in the family.

The actor signed the contract today, and will start shooting soon.When we called Khushwant, he confirmed his entry with us. Interestingly, the actor, in his sabbatical was busying assisting director Ashish Shrivastav in Piyaa Albela (Rajshri and Zee TV).

Talking about the same, Khushwant shared, “Ashish sir is my mentor who gave me an opportunity to assist him. It was a great experience and I really got to learn a lot. Being on the set is always fruitful and I had a gala time. But now, it’s time to get back to action.” Good luck Khushwant and welcome back!!

Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka, recently, has been welcoming new stars!

After Khushwant Walia, the makers (Rashmi Sharma Prodctions) have now signed in another talented young star.Sneha Shah, who was seen in Tu Mera Hero, Diya Aur Baati Hum and Sadda Haq has been roped in to play a pivotal role.

The actress will don the avatar of a positive young girl who will enter Anjali (Vaishali Takkar) and Vikram's (Siddharth Shivpuri) life. She will be the caretaker of Anjali’s father-in-law (Vikas Sethi). The girl will have a warm relationship with Vikram.

Shared a source, “With the entry of Sneha’s character, things will spice up in the storyline.”
