About the show:
- Ammaku Teliyani Koilamma is touted to
be the remake of the Malayalam show Ammayariyathe starring Sreethu
Krishnan, Keethi Gopinathm Nikhil Nair, and others in the lead roles.
The show is a crime thriller written by Pradeep Panicker and directed by
Praveen Kadakkavoor. However, an official confirmation on this is
awaited at the moment.
Story:
- Kavya will play the role of a young woman who is set out to take
revenge on her mother for abandoning her after birth. In the latest
teaser released by the channel, Kavya can be spotted confronting her
mother in a casual conversation about a mother abandoning her child. She
vents out her anguish over the same.
- Kavyashri, who got close to the telly audiences with her popular show Gorintaku, is all set to entertain with a new role in the soon-to-be-launched daily soap Ammaku Teliyani Koilamma.
- The show also features revered actress-classical dancer Manju Bhargavi in a pivotal role.
