show ‘Dance Bangla Dance’, which recently launched its new season, is
set to air a gala episode. The show featuring, ‘Hero No. 1’ Govinda,
Jeet and Subhashree Ganguly as the judges, will welcome veteran actress
Debashree Roy as the special guest.

About the show:
- Popular reality show ‘Dance Bangla Dance’ is ready to launch its brand new season.
- The show which will feature Bollywood actor Govinda as one of the judges will premiere on May 22.
- Viewers have been eagerly waiting for the
new season of ‘Dance Bangla Dance’, which was scheduled to launch last
year and the promo featuring Ankush Hazra, Subhashree Ganguly, went
on-air too. Things changed due to the pandemic followed by the
nationwide lockdown. But the makers were keen on entertaining the
audience with the latest season of the show. As soon as ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’
concluded its journey, the cannel announced a season of Dance Bangla
Dance which will be a starry affair.
- This is the first time Govinda will judge a Bengali television. He had graced ‘Dance Bangla Dance Junior Season 2’ as a special guest earlier.
- The show faced hiccups in the beginning after two other judges Jeet and Subhashree Ganguly tested positive for COVID-19. Now that both have recovered the makers have decided to launch the show.
- Boss is back! Jeet is ready to cast his spell on the Bengali audience yet again. The actor, who hosted the Bengali version of ‘Bigg Boss’, will be seen on the small screen after a long time. Srabanti Chatterjee, who was also seen in the previous season of ‘Dance bangla Dance Junior’, also stepped into the shoes of a show host. She hosted ‘Superstar Parivaar’. Interestingly, both ‘Hasiwala and Company’ and ‘Superstar Parivaar’ were aired by the rival channel. It will be interesting to see whether Srabanti-Ankush make a comeback to the show in this season.
