In the video, Ohmkar can be seen announcing the second season in style.

Sources close to the show reveal that Ishmart Jodi season 2 will be launched post Bigg Boss Telugu 5's conclusion on December 19 (Sunday). Ishmart Jodi 2 is expected to replace Bigg Boss Telugu 5 on the weekends.

Jodi premiered on February 23, 2020, with 12 jodis as participants. In
the grand finale that aired on August 31 (Sunday), Prabhakar and wife
Malayaja emerged as the winners of the season. They lifted the trophy
and received a cheque of Rs. 25 lacs as prize money. Noted choreographer
and reality TV star Yashwant and Varsha emerged as the runner up of the
season. They were awarded with a trophy and special poster of their
Janmashtami performance.
