  • Is Chithi-2 going off-air soon?:     Chithi was a widely popular daily soap which aired in 1996. The sequel of the serial premiered after a 22-year gap in January 2022. Now, the reports claim that the serial is soon expected to reach its climax. Radikaa Sarathkumar, who has a large fan base among small screen audiences, surprised everyone with an announcement about the release of Chithi 2. However, after 200 episodes, the actress left the soap. Radikaa's walk out made the TV serial's TRP performance slip down several positions.
  • It is now expected that the TV serial is set to go-off air. Meanwhile, Radhika Sarathkumar's new serial 'Ponni C/O Vaani Rani' is set to be preimered soon on another popular TV channel.
  • The story of Chithi 2 is about Saradha, a loving and strong mother, who holds her unconventional family together and stands by every member through all the ups and downs of life.
